Why Did I Get Married Too?

To say that I am excited about this movie is somewhat of an understatement.  To know the full depth of my fanaticism you’d need to be in my household.  Only then could you know that I’ve watched ‘Why Did I Get Married’ more times than I have fingers.  Seriously.  I could add that I can pretty much recite most of the lines.  At least my favorites!  It’s just a great presentation of some marriages or some issues within some black marriage (dare I say marriage in general).

Now, I will admit there were parts of Why Did I Get Married, that STILL kinda bug me.  Some of the acting was overdone and/or unbelievable (sorry Janet and Jill – I love you both though) and dare I point out that the snow on the darn cabin looked just like what it was (NOT SNOW! LOL), but all in all, I loved the movie.  This second one, set in lovely Jamaica looks to be much more intense, and I say again… I CAN’T WAIT!  I’m gonna be the first person in line to see it (ok – maybe not first, but close) and am getting up a posse of couples from my church to go see it too.  Can’t wait!
